KL City Walk

Working on a contract, creating concepts for the up-coming launch of an open-air shopping area that promotes the best Malaysia has to offer. Together with the team, the concept of touching the 5-senses was used to reflect the different elements one would experience walking through this area.

The most talked about among the designs was the idea of producing cards that induces the elements, and clearly the smell of Durians got everyone’s imagination on laughing-mode. Imagine, as an unsuspecting tourist, you scratch on the ‘can you smell it?’ to be welcomed by the intoxicating smell of a Durian… Well hello and welcome to Malaysia!

Apart from the main launch concept, the soft launch was materialised with promotional flyers as ads to draw people in for their first teaser-taste of the new kid on the block.
